The Research Witch
Sociology, Education, Gender Studies

About
I am a UK-based Professor of Sociology of Education, Work and Social Justice. As a child, I dreamed of being a witch. These days, I am mostly interested in researching identities and inequalities in education and at work.
Research projects
This section presents some of my recent and current research projects. If you would like to read more about some of these projects, drop me a line using the contact form.
Writings
I am passionate about writing. In this section, you will find some information about my current writing projects and my recent publications.
Dissemination and impact activities
This is the place where I share some of the material I use for impact and dissemination activities. A current concern relates to how research can generate a more ‘care-full university’ and society, where care work in its multiple forms is acknowledged and valued.
“Another world is not only possible, she is on her way. On a quiet day, I can hear her breathing.”
